The Papa John’s Spirit Night program is our most widely used fundraiser. It is fun, simple, and effective. We do the work—the school receives the funds, the kids have fun, and the parents help the kids raise money without leaving home. Because Spirit Night is monthly, it is a consistent fundraiser to use year round, even while school is out! Here’s how it works:

• Together, we select the day of the week, generally a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night, to host Papa John’s Spirit Night program. We prepare a letter for students to take home to their parents explaining the program; “For every order that the families place through Papa John’s on Spirit Night, we will return 15% of net sales to your school.” We will add up all the Spirit Night orders that were placed on your date(s) and write you a check for 15% of the total net sales.
   
• Parents, family, and friends who wish to participate should order from our every day special offers or from our menu at regular price and either pick-up their pizza or have it delivered (if located in our delivery area) on the specified night.
   
• Papa John’s will supply the master flyer reminder notice for teachers to distribute to the students on the day of the Papa John’s school night. All we ask is that you send the flyers home with the students 3 to 5 days prior to the fundraising date. Additionally, any means of communication you have with your students and parents will help make your Spirit Night fundraiser a successful one. Some of the best ideas include announcing the Spirit Night dates over the PA at homeroom and athletic events, website banners, notices in school bulletins, announcements at PTA/PTO meetings, flyers posted throughout the school, banners and/or yard signs outside the school the day of the event, parent e-mails, etc.
   
• Papa John’s Pizza has been working with schools across the country to help raise additional school funds with the Spirit Night program collectively contributing hundreds of thousands of dollars to school systems. Just one Spirit Night fundraiser each month can add up to thousands of dollars for your school too.

If your school is enrolled in our Papa John’s Spirit Night Program, we will provide a continuous supply of vouchers each semester redeemable for a FREE pizza for one. In combination with the Comfort Inn & Suites and Perkins Restaurant and Bakery (once we re-open), we can also offer pool passes, a free game of miniature golf, a free kid’s meal at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, and other fantastic incentives. As you determine the awards that you want to recognize such as Perfect Attendance, Honor Roll, Student of the Month, or any other athletic, leadership, and academic achievements, we will partner with you and provide the extra incentive. This is our way of saying Congratulations!
